Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

We require at least 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.  Failure to provide this notice- or missing an appointment without any communication- may result in a charge of 40% of the service fee or potential suspension of future bookings.  This policy helps cover operational costs already incurred and ensures fairness to our team and other clients.

Late Arrival Policy

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without prior communication, we may need to forfeit your appointment and charge 40% of the service fee.  This allows us to honor the schedule for all clients and maintain the high standards you expect from us.
